Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Powerpurificatio provides refunds for walking habit coaching subscriptions and related services, in compliance with Swedish consumer protection law and EU regulations.

1. Overview

At Powerpurificatio, we aim to provide high-quality walking habit coaching that meets your expectations. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy explains when and how you may request a refund for our services. This policy applies to all coaching plans (Starter, Essential, and Premium) purchased through our website or by direct agreement.

This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between documents regarding refunds, this Refund Policy takes precedence for refund-related matters.

2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

You may withdraw from your subscription purchase within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day you entered into the subscription agreement.

2.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to assist@powerpurificatio.world before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the following template, though it is not mandatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [plan name], ordered on [date], name: [your name], address: [your address], email: [your email]."

2.3 Effect of Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the fourteen-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we received your withdrawal notification. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

2.4 Commencement of Services During Withdrawal Period

If you request that coaching services begin during the fourteen-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that:

  • You may still withdraw within the fourteen-day period
  • If you withdraw after services have commenced, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already delivered up to the point of withdrawal
  • The proportionate amount is calculated based on the total contract price relative to the full contract duration and services consumed

3. Refund Eligibility After Withdrawal Period

After the fourteen-day statutory withdrawal period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the coaching services described in your plan — including failure to assign a coach, provide your personalised walking plan, or conduct scheduled check-ins — you are entitled to a full or partial refund for the affected billing period. You must notify us within seven (7) days of the missed service delivery.

3.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are charged twice for the same billing period or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our part, we will refund the overcharged amount within five (5) business days of confirming the error.

3.3 Significant Service Disruption

If a prolonged service disruption on our end (exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours for platform-dependent services) prevents you from accessing coaching materials or attending scheduled sessions, you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.

3.4 Coach Unavailability

If your assigned coach becomes permanently unavailable and we cannot provide a suitable replacement within fourteen (14) days, you may request a refund for the remaining unused portion of your current billing period or transfer to a new coach at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation after the fourteen-day withdrawal period where services have been fully delivered for the current billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with coaching outcomes where services were delivered as described in your plan
  • Failure to attend scheduled check-ins or utilise provided resources without prior notice to your coach
  • Change of personal circumstances unrelated to service delivery (relocation, schedule changes, loss of interest)
  • Violation of our Terms of Use resulting in account termination
  • Purchases of third-party products or services recommended but not sold by Powerpurificatio
  • Partial use of a billing period where coaching services, plans, and check-ins were available and delivered

We encourage clients experiencing difficulties with their coaching experience to contact us before requesting cancellation. Our team will work with you to adjust your plan, reassign coaches, or find alternative solutions.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and receiving a refund are distinct processes:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. Requires thirty (30) days written notice. Access to coaching services continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No refund is issued for the current period unless eligible under Section 3.
  • Refund: Returns payment for a specific billing period. Requires eligibility under Section 2 or Section 3 and submission of a formal refund request.

To cancel your subscription, email assist@powerpurificatio.world with your full name, account email, and requested cancellation date. To request a refund, follow the procedure in Section 6.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email assist@powerpurificatio.world with the following information:

  1. Your full name and account email address
  2. Plan type and date of purchase
  3. Reason for the refund request with relevant details
  4. Transaction reference or receipt number, if available
  5. Preferred refund method (original payment method is preferred)

We acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days and aim to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. Complex cases may require additional time, in which case we will notify you of the expected timeline.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • Credit/debit card payments: Refund initiated within five (5) business days; funds typically appear within five to ten (5–10) business days depending on your bank
  • Bank transfer payments: Refund initiated within seven (7) business days; funds typically appear within three to five (3–5) business days
  • Other payment methods: Processed according to the third-party provider's standard refund timeline

You will receive email confirmation when your refund is approved and when the refund transaction is initiated. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with our payment provider.

8. Partial Refunds and Credits

In situations where a full refund is not applicable but service delivery was incomplete, we may offer:

  • Prorated refunds based on unused coaching sessions or undelivered plan components
  • Account credits applied to future billing periods at your discretion
  • Complimentary extension of your subscription by an equivalent period

Partial refund amounts are calculated fairly based on the services contracted versus services delivered during the billing period in question.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension pending investigation. We will provide relevant transaction records and service delivery documentation to payment providers when disputes arise.

If a chargeback is resolved in our favour, you remain responsible for the outstanding amount plus any chargeback fees incurred. If resolved in your favour, no further action is required on your part.

10. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading your plan does not constitute a refund. When you downgrade, the lower plan rate applies from your next billing cycle. No credit or refund is issued for the difference between plan tiers during the current billing period unless the downgrade is initiated due to a service issue on our end.

11. Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund terms outlined in this policy. Refund amounts for promotional purchases reflect the actual amount paid, not the standard plan price. Promotional credits or free trial periods converted to paid subscriptions are eligible for the fourteen-day withdrawal period from the date the paid subscription begins.

12. Consumer Rights Under Swedish Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish law, including rights under the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance Contracts Act. If any provision of this policy is found to be inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the statutory provision prevails.

Consumers may also seek assistance from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or their local consumer advisory service (kommunens konsumentvägledning).

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, payment processes, or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date; purchases made before a change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
